We currently have ten talented recruitment consultants and a marketing department. For each assignment, an experienced recruitment consultant with a relevant specialisation in Engineering and IT is appointed as the person responsible for the assignment. The lead recruitment consultant will be your main point of contact, overseeing the assignment, planning, and ensuring that the schedule is adhered to. We ensure clear communication between us and you with regular check-ins throughout the process.
The right resource in the right place
The lead recruitment consultant coordinates the team working on your assignment and ensures the successful collection of materials, mapping and candidate research. We have rigorous internal production planning and monitoring to ensure that the right consultant is assigned to and works on the appropriate assignments. During these production meetings, all ongoing assignments are tracked to ensure that the right resources are available to each recruitment assignment and that we are on schedule.
