Easing the recruitment burden

We help you with the selection process and you do the interviews yourself. In order to do this, a simple requirements profile meeting is required so that we get a deeper understanding of which candidates are of interest. We are also listed as a contact person in the advert and answer questions from candidates who call us. 

We call the candidates who are considered to be of interest, in consultation with the client, for an initial telephone interview. We ask a number of critical questions that are considered essential for the position being applied for. We decide on these questions in the requirements profile meeting.
