Search strategies

We have an extensive network and an internal database of over 80,000 members. In addition, our recruitment consultants actively work to build and develop their personal networks, while we run marketing campaigns to attract talent at company level. These things all help us in our search work.

Our strategic partnership with LinkedIn gives us access to around 4 million professionals in Sweden in addition to our own network. All of our recruitment consultants are certified in LinkedIn Recruiter.

To get a clear picture of the situation, we study the business ecosystems of neighbouring regions in relevant industries, using existing and new channels to find individuals with matching skills. Mapping isn’t limited to our own network or LinkedIn. Our discreet approach, involving phone calls, emails and social media, aims to generate interest in the position you are advertising.

Recruitment search is at the heart of our business, and we continually invest in the training and development of our recruitment consultants. This ensures that they keep up to date with the latest industry trends, search techniques and networking practices, enabling us to consistently deliver successful results.

Search report

For each completed recruitment search, we are able to compile a report that includes the number of candidates identified, contacted and interviewed, as well as the general feedback from those who declined the offer.
