This enables us to create skill-based requirement profiles and produce material that attracts the target group. During the start-up meeting, a timetable is also drawn up.

Together with our marketing department, we create well-designed mailings and use our self-designed recruitment tool with candidate networks and statistics to attract and communicate effectively with the target audience. Our ads are search optimized, designed to increase visibility and attract the right candidates.

Depending on the complexity of the assignment, we do a thorough analysis to better understand the target group and ensure successful recruitment. This analysis covers various aspects, such as market availability, general challenges in the candidate market, the competitiveness of the client’s employer brand and their requirements in relation to their offer, and how the recruitment process should be set up without sacrificing quality and efficiency.
